'INTROSPECTION'

Living in this fast moving 21 st century, one realizes that 24 hours is a less span of time because everybody is too busy running behind success, money, and all sorts of temporary satisfactions.
Memory works in a very funny way because there is this policy that is experienced by almost all the people that is ' the things that people cant remember and the things they can never forget'. Its as if memory keeps a records of all the INCIDENTS that have either caused a huge amount of damage or has lead to a magnificent amount of inner satisfaction. People complain of having this lack of sleep, they feel incomplete as if something is binding them to be sad and lonely.

Some people characterize this is as 'BLACK MAGIC', some characterize this as depression and other characterize this as insomnia. I believe that there is lack of 'INTROSPECTION'. It s' high time one understands the importance of 'INTROSPECTION'. Spending time with yourself  in a calm and peaceful place thinking about nothing except yourself and taking a keen insight in yourself is called 'INTROSPECTION'. Today the major reason why people are not happy is that because they have restricted themselves to the mundane world of money and temporary satisfaction. They try to satisfy their need for happiness by earning a lot of money or drinking or all sorts of shot lived temporarily satisfaction things, not realizing that this will only increase the problem rather than sorting it.

There is lack of laughter in one s' life why because everybody has what s app , facebook , hike , instagram etc and a simple 'HEY BB WHAT S' UP?' can evoke ebullience in a depressed Person.
Woah so basically we have restricted our happy lives in the mount of like we get and the amount of sweet messages we get. In that case we dont' have a life. Living in a highly technological society everybody forgets that its our life and we are supposed to live it our own way and not on the basis of others. The reason Prime Minister, Narendar Modi started this yoga campaign to initiate people to  take out a meager amount of time to 'INTROSPECT' themselves. There is this certain ray of light that one sees when sitting quietly and introspecting themselves, it gives you an extremely positive vibe that everything s' gonna go be fine, all the work process will go smoothly and there is flowery happiness everywhere and you start to live life in a very happy and optimistic way.

24 HOURS is standardized by a divine power somewhere up if we don't really go into the science aspect. Its' about how one manages one s' time. 'INTROSPECTION' is strongly recommended so as to get an optimistic tomorrow and live a happy healthy life with no such problems such as 'DEPRESSION, LACK OF SLEEP etc etc'. One can take out half an hour for this important tool towards happiness and success and probably then one can experience the amazing results.

It is flabbergasting to see people reveal clandestined truth from a modicum substance such as GUM

We have always read in the newspapers and watched on the television the discovery of hybrid creatures, robots and various other astonishing discoveries and acknowledgments but probably this is the first time the we would be experiencing the sculptures of our known people which been adroitly designed by none other than HEATHER DEWEY-HAGBORG  and that too with the help of the DNA gathered from chewed gums.
Amusing and interesting as it sounds this discovery was made 2 years ago that caused a stir in both the art and biosecurity worlds when she displayed busts of people she'd never met,She determined the facial features for her "STRANGER VISIONS" show using DNA found in the streets and subways of new york city."we are shedding our biological information all the time without knowing it."Dewey-Hagborg says."I think anonymity should be a choice."she devised her next project with that thought of mind. The pair of perfume like sprays she invented, called Invisible,Obscure DNA traces so no one can follow your genetic trail.

              STRANGER VISIONS
Discarded cigarette butts, gum, and hair provided Dewey-Hagborg with DNA,which she testted for genetic variations that reveal a person 's gander, ethnicity, eye colour, and facial structure.Software she designed used that data to build model faces, subsequently 3-D printed in plastic. Some of these portraits are shown above in the gallery.

                                                                INVISIBLE
Dewey-Hagborg 's genetic-invisibility spray comes in two sleek bottles that work in tandem."Erase"contains a solvent, such as ethanol, that destroys 99.5 percent of DNA left on a surface.
"Replace"masks the remaining 0.5 percent with a blend of DNA from 50 different sources.

Amused like all of you reading this short but unusual discovery has made me realize the true potential we people have indebted inside ourselves it s just a matter of a spark that can help us discover and create arcane substances and various other discoveries,It is just a matter of hard-work and probably the enthusiasm that will lead us to what we desire just like Heather was able to achieve.

English school kids amongst the unhappiest of the world

It is rightly said that MONEY can buy u only a meager amount of happiness which lasts not for long. In spite of studying in the most fine schools of today children do face the menace of BULLYING which is proving to be a pest although prevalent since ages this pest has taken an ugly shape in today s dynamic world where in everyday something new is being discovered  and so are the different ways of  bullying.
This pest, is affecting the young children the most and especially of ENGLAND where the children are the unhappiest in the world, with over a third of students aged 10 to 12 admitting to being physically bullied in the past month,a new study found this month by the UNIVERSITY OF YORK in partnership with the children s society examined 53000 children s subjective well being across 15 countries.
The study, which uncovered how children around the world really feel about their loves, found that youngsters in England are less happy at school than their peers in 11 other countries, including Uganda,Ethiopia and Algeria.Around 100(1.1 percent) 10 and 12 years in Romania said they are unhappy with their life "AS A WHOLE" followed by Columbia where none in 50 complained the same.Meanwhile 15 children in England said that they are dissatisfied.Bullying, poor body imagine and a lack of confidence are they key factors driving children of England towards depression. Reading such instances gives shivers that in such an educated country like England such defamatory situations have arisen at school level IMAGINE??
Children s society Chief Executive Matthrew Reed finds it "deeply worrying that children in england are so unhappy at school compared to other countries. " it is truly shocking that thousands of children are being physically and emotionally bullied, damaging their happiness.School should be a safe heaven, not a battle ground," he said in a statement.England is one of the wealthiest nations in the world ye happiness of children is "at rock bottom", he told the independent. "We need to urgently find a way to make young people feel happier about their lives to avoid storing up problems for the future." he added.
The after effects of bullying are till date prevalent in the traumatized people who experienced such a dark attack on them.
"I FELT SUICIDAL WHEN I WAS BULLIED"
Tamanna Miah,22,who is now in university, told Rt,she carries the scars from being bullied through out school. "it has had many detrimental effects on me as i suffered from mental health issues such as severe depression and anxiety.people used to bully me for my looks,my skin color...... they did everything to make my life hell."
Miah lost her confidence as a result of this abuse.she recalls using her mother s skin lightening  products to cover up her real skin complexion.

"I was ashamed and embarrassed about my culture, religion and family," she said.
"I felt suicidal a lot of time,"she siad.
The experience was "SOUL DESTROYING."
"I had no friends to talk to,it did ruin my life in school and carried on right until university too," she added.
This clearly states that the need for amendments in these countries in specific issues like bullying itself has become mandatory .One also needs to bold enough to handle such situations so as to outsmart the people affecting their lives and fight for what is right and not sit back thinking someday all would be fine.
